COVID 19 Update

As per the Government’s guidelines under Alert Level 3, our physical store sadly remains closed. They we will not be able to open our doors until Level 2. 
Our online store is open 24/7 and we are now able to ship all orders via contactless delivery (huge thank you to NZ Post!!). 
Now in Level 3 we can also provide Click and Collect from our Arrowtown store (38 Buckingham Street, Arrowtown) Contactless collection can be made between 12-2pm, please do not come unless you have received a notification that your order is ready. 
Shipping:
Please expect small delays (1-2 days) with the dispatch of online orders. Due to the extremely widespread nature of this new Delta variant we are operating with only one person in the office at a time so please bear with us. This is to ensure our staff are operating safely under the MBIE guidelines.
Returns:
In Level 3 we can once again recieve returns, please allow for extra time for these to be processed. We will get in touch to confirm we have recieved your parcel and the exchange/return has been processed.
