- A WoolPress Digital Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- If the order value is more than the WoolPress Digital Gift Card, the balance must be paid with another form of payment, such as a debit or credit card
- If the order value is less than the WoolPress Digital Gift Card, the balance will remain on the gift card for future orders
