NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Due to the wide spread of Covid-19 globally and the high demand couriers are currently experiencing, normal delivery timeframes may be affected and delays can be expected. Please expect a delay of at least 24 hours on top of normal delivery timeframes noted below.

• All domestic orders are sent with NZ Courier
• Orders within New Zealand ship for $10
• Orders are sent Monday-Friday (excluding NZ Public Holidays).
• Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery, extra for rural.
• You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order has shipped. 

AUSTRALIA ORDERS

Due to the continuing spread of Covid-19 across Australia, please expect delivery delays due to changing government restrictions between states. 

• Automatically receive TAX FREE PRICING
• All Australian orders are sent with DHL Express 
• All orders ship for $35 (unless Rural delivery is needed)
• Orders are sent Monday-Friday (excluding NZ Public Holidays).
• Delivery time is estimated between 7-14 working days 
• Please be aware that delays may occur depending on the destination and customs processing.

• You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the wide spread of Covid-19 globally, please expect major international delivery delays (15-20 working days) due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. NZ Post are still working actively to deliver but there may still be service impacts, please expect significant delay when shipping internationally.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are sent Monday-Friday.
• Delivery time is estimated between 15-20 working days (due to Covid delays). This is an estimate only and delays may occur depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note, all orders leaving New Zealand may incur duty and importation taxes, which will be paid by the receiver. The WoolPress is not responsible for customs fees and we look to the customer to research their country's fees and policies before purchasing.

Please be aware, once an order leaves our warehouse shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the delivery company is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
